Goloka Bolte is an 2-time Emmy-winning Supervising Casting Director and the founder of Creative Content Group, a Los Angeles-based casting and talent development company. She's received 9 Primetime Emmy nominations – the most of any unscripted casting director in history – and has won twice for Outstanding Casting for a Reality Program, with a nomination every year since the category was created. She is also a three-time Artios Award winner (with six nominations).
Goloka hails from Haitian & American parents, and her journey from a rural Hare Krishna community to unscripted casting director was an unlikely one. She got her start in 2003 casting Season 2 of FOX's mega-hit Joe Millionaire, and over the last 22 years has cast more than 200 projects – spanning cultural phenomena like RuPaul's Drag Race, headline-making events like the "Same Love" mass wedding at the Grammys with Madonna and Queen Latifah, and feel-good favorites like Say I Do and The Real Magic Mike.
Her passion is uplifting television that makes people laugh, cry, win life-changing titles and prizes, find love, and tell stories that matter. A longtime advocate for inclusion and social justice, she prioritizes diverse representation both in front of and behind the camera.
Goloka's credits include RuPaul's Drag Race (US, México, Brasil, and Germany), Say I Do, The Grammy Awards, the Million Dollar Listing franchise, The Real Housewives, Let's Make a Deal, MasterChef, Millionaire Matchmaker, Queen of the Universe, FBoy Island, FGirl Island, and many more.
