Credentials for the 77th Emmy Awards
Application for Virtual Press Credentials Now Available
Due to space restrictions, access to the Red Carpet at this year's 77th Emmy Awards (Sunday, September 14, 2025) will be limited.
As an alternative for coverage, the Television Academy has partnered with CBS on an Emmy virtual media center. Your outlet will have virtual access to the General Press Room, where Emmy winners will field questions from select media both in person and those connecting virtually. The virtual media center will be active when the show begins and ends approximately one-hour post-show.

The deadline for applying is Wednesday, September 10, at 5:00 PM PT/8:00 PM ET. You will be notified if your application has been accepted.
Publicist Credentials to cover the 77th Emmy Awards and 2025 Creative Arts Emmys will be assigned through allotments given to Networks/Streamers by the Television Academy in early August. Please connect with them at that time to discuss your credential needs.
