The Television Academy Foundation today announced celebrity presenters for the 45th College Television Awards.
The ceremony, celebrating the best in student-produced programs from colleges and universities nationwide, will be held on Saturday, March 28, 6 p.m. PDT, at the Television Academy’s Saban Media Center in North Hollywood, California.
The red carpet event will feature stars from many of today’s top television shows presenting awards to winning teams in nine categories. Celebrity presenters confirmed to date include Samuel Arnold (Emily in Paris), Rhenzy Feliz (The Penguin), Ezra Frech (two-time Paralympian), Ashby Florence (TikTok influencer), Robby Hoffman (Hacks), Spencer House (Tell Me Lies), Jenn Lyon (Stumble), Serena Page (Love Island USA / Influencer), Dewayne Perkins (The Upshaws; The Studio) and Caterina Scorsone (Grey's Anatomy). Presenting the inaugural Chance Perdomo Legacy Scholarship for Comedy Series are Gen V actors Sean Patrick Thomas and London Thor.
Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios created the $10,000 Chance Perdomo Legacy Scholarship as a tribute to the late Gen V actor Chance Perdomo who passed away in a motorcycle accident in 2024. The scholarship honors Perdomo’s passion for storytelling and his commitment to uplifting emerging talent were evident in the creative voice and comedic work that reflected the spirit and promise he championed.
Two-time Paralympian in track and field Ezra Frech will present the $10,000 Loreen Arbus Focus on Disability Award, which rewards a student-produced project that best portrays disability issues or helps emerging artists with a disability gain recognition, to Savannah College of Art and Design students Danzheng Chen (producer) and Yangshiyi Liu (director/writer) for their project titled Step Forward.
During the show the Seymour Bricker Humanitarian Award, a $4,000 cash prize, will also be awarded to a College Television Award-winning project that best highlights a humanitarian concern.
