Alan Silverbach was an American television executive.

Silverbach was a pioneer in international TV distribution, starting in the industry in the 1940s and securing some of the first deals between American studios and international television networks.

After working his way up over the course of 30 years to become a senior vice president of international distribution at 20th Century Fox, he left in 1977 to establish The Silverbach-Lazarus Group, which drew programming from top producers Chuck Fries, Lorimar, Metromedia, and London Weekend Television. Silverbach retired from the company in 2010.

Silverbach died June 2, 2018, in Bel Air, California. He was 96.
