Beyond her work as a talent manager, McCroskey also served as a producer on several films and recently partnered with Rise Flix to create a platform for the next generation of independent filmmakers.

Her contributions to the industry were recognized with the prestigious Heller Award for Manager of the Year, and she served as President of the Talent Managers Association from 2013 to 2015. McCroskey continued her legacy as an Honorary Member of the TMA after more than 15 years of service on its board.
