Audrey Morgan was an actress best known for her performances in stage, film and television productions in her native Chicago.

Morgan studied acting at Kennedy-King College's Black Box Theater and went on to earn a B.A. in drama from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her numerous theater credits included Sonny’s Blues at the Piven Theatre, Lemuel at Victory Gardens Theater and A Streetcar Named Desire at the Steppenwolf Theatre. She also performed in A Raisin in the Sun at repertory theaters in Wisconsin and upstate New York.

On television, she had roles in the series Boss, Shameless, Empire and Chicago Med.

She also appeared in feature films Virginia, Unexpected and A Chance in the World, as well as commercials for Walmart, McDonald’s, Adidas and the American Cancer Society.

Morgan died on November 30, 2016, in Chicago. She was 64.
