Bill Kerby was an Emmy Award-nominated writer who worked on television shows and films. His work can be seen on "Hatfields & McCoys," "Lakota Woman: Siege at Wounded Knee," "On the Beach," and the 1980s version of Alfred Hitchcock Presents.
Kerby also wrote several films in addition to his work on television. He received an Academy Award nomination for his work on the script for "The Rose," which starred Bette Midler. He also worked on "The Dion Brothers," "Hooper," and "Dead Men Don't Dance."
