Brenda Brkusic Milinkovic is a 10-time Emmy Award-Winning Executive Producer and seasoned Television Executive recognized for her expertise in developing and producing award-winning programming. Throughout her career, Brenda has creatively and consistently concepted and launched new business models and partnerships that have increased revenue, expanded viewership, and improved brand loyalty. She has proven successful at shaping high-potential concepts into relevant, sustainable, and award-winning programs.

Brenda currently serves as the President of GrowthDay Entertainment, where she leads the division's development, production and distribution of original, premium programming for GrowthDay and is head of the company's FAST channel The GrowthDay Network.

Previously, Brenda served as the west coast Programming & Development Executive for NBCUniversal Television and Streaming, where she was responsible for leading the Syndication Studio's portfolio of unscripted content for distribution across broadcast, cable and streaming. While at NBCU she served as the Executive in Charge of the Emmy-nominated Access Hollywood and Access Daily with Mario Lopez and Kit Hoover, co-produced the Emmy Award-Winning PBS series American Anthems, starring country music sensations Jennifer Nettles, Lee Brice, The War & Treaty, among others, as well as the twice Emmy nominated documentary feature Billion Dollar Babies: The True Story of the Cabbage Patch Kids, narrated and Executive Produced by Neil Patrick Harris, Executive Produced the reboot of the classic TV game show Tic Tac Dough for GSN, and created, developed and produced the self-improvement talk show Change with Ed Mylett for various streaming platforms.

Prior to NBCU, Brenda held numerous leadership roles at PBS where she was the driving force behind the acquisition, development and production of thousands of hours of nationally broadcast programs and documentaries including their Emmy Award-winning nightly news program and the Emmy Award-Winning series Variety Studio: Actors on Actors that she created and Executive Produced with Variety, featuring acclaimed film and TV stars Oprah Winfrey, Matthew McConaughey, Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper, Reese Witherspoon, George Clooney, Tom Hanks, Nicole Kidman and more. She also spearheaded, programmed and managed PBS' first-ever 24/7 TV Diginet, widely lauded by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting for "education innovation".

Brenda has proudly served the Television Academy for over a decade as Daytime Programming Governor and LA Area Governor and has been an active member of the Television Executives, Daytime Programming and LA Area Peer Groups. Her contributions include acting as Co-Chair of the Governor's Award Selection Committee and the Governors Ball Committee for the Primetime Emmys, Co-Chair of the Daytime Emmy Awards Committee and the LA Area Emmy Awards Committee, and member of the Television Academy Honors Selection Committee and the Creative Arts and Primetime Emmy Awards Committees.

Brenda earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film and Television Production from Chapman University and in 2019 was honored with the University's Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award. In 2022 Marymount California University bestowed her with a Doctorate of Humanities Degree, Honoris Causa.
