Brian Johnson was a director and special effects artist who worked on television series and films. He directed numerous episodes of Dream Street and also did special effects work on Thunderbirds, Space: 1999, and NBC Special Treat.
In addition to his work on television series, Johnson also had a long career in film. He won an Academy Award for Best Effects, Visual Effects on "Alien." Johnson also won a Special Achievement Award for "Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back." Johnson also worked on "Aliens," "The NeverEnding Story," and "The Medusa Touch."
