Carol Johnsen was an Emmy-winning graphic and title designer who worked on series such as Family Ties, Moonlighting, Knots Landing, Cheers, Caroline in the City and Frasier. Johnsen worked in the special effects departments mainly on films, including "Escape from DS-3," "Lifepod" and "The Perfect Woman."
