Cindy Williams was an American actress and producer.
She was known for her role as Shirley Feeney on the television sitcom Happy Days (1975–1979), and Laverne & Shirley (1976–1982).
Williams also appeared in the films American Graffiti (1973) and The Conversation (1974).
Williams died January 25, 2023 in Los Angeles, California. She was 75.
