Cullen Blaine was an American animator, storyboard artist, and director.

With a career that spanned nearly 50 years, Blaine contributed to hundreds of episodes of television as an animator, layout and storyboard artist, supervisor and as an animation director.

He is known for his work on a number of series including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Super Friends, The Magic School Bus, Monster Mash, Madeline, Biker Mice from Mars, Animaniacs, The Real Ghostbusters, A Pup Named Scooby-Doo, The New Archies, Alvin & the Chipmunks, Spider-Man, Heathcliff & The Catillac Cats, Gumby Adventures, The Simpsons, Tiny Toon Adventures, Dinky Dog, Hong Kong Phooey, Timon & Pumbaa, and The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show.

As a director, he stood at the helm of various episodes of The Get Along Gang, Garfield and Friends, Hey Arnold!, Belle's Magical World, and Kid Notorious.

Blaine died December 2, 2020, in Westlake Village, California. He was 85.
