David Lazer was an Emmy Award-winning producer of television series and films who was best known for his work with Jim Henson. His work in television with Henson included being an executive producer on The Muppet Show and "Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas." He was also an executive producer of "The Dark Crystal" and "Labyrinth" as well as a co-producer or producer of "The Muppet Movie," "The Great Muppet Caper," and "The Muppets Take Manhattan."
Lazer was also the CEO of Henson Associates CEO from May to December 1990.
