Diego De La Maza is an award-winning leader in creative production and the Chief Production Officer at Omnicom Production, where he oversees fully integrated production groups and studio operations for some of the most iconic agencies on the West Coast, including Deutsch, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, 180LA, and TBWA\Chiat\Day. In this role, he leads end-to-end production across broadcast, film, content, design, experiential, and high-volume versioning and AI-enabled pipelines, while driving innovation and operational excellence across the region’s most influential creative companies.
Previously, Diego served as Chief Production Officer at Deutsch LA, where he also ran Steelhead, the agency’s 50,000 sq. ft. production studio, shaping global campaigns for brands like Taco Bell, Walmart, Nintendo, Interscope Records, Yonex, and Drizly through tech-forward, Hollywood-meets-advertising production models.
