Eric W. Shamlin is the Founder and CEO of FireBringer, an AI-forward creative studio partnering with streamers, studios, and IP holders to pioneer next-generation franchises, formats, and production pipelines.
Formerly CEO of Secret Level, Eric has spent three decades working across Hollywood, Silicon Valley, and Madison Avenue, delivering award-winning work at Apple, Omnicom, Entertainment One, Monks, and other leading media and technology companies. His work spans film, television, games, immersive media, and emerging technology.
Eric is a multiple Emmy, Peabody, and Cannes Lion honoree. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Television Academy, where he has chaired the Academy's AI Task Force for two years and hosted the Television Academy AI Summit for the same two years, helping guide the creative community through the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence in entertainment.
