Frederick Forsyth was a writer of novels and television series as well as a presenter of television series. His most famous novel was "The Day of the Jackal," which was adapted into both a feature film and a television miniseries of the same name as well as another film titled "The Jackal." His work in television included being a presenter on the series Soldiers as well as writing and presenting Frederick Forsyth Presents.
