Greg Hall was an American costume designer.

Hall is best known as Arnold Schwarzenegger’s personal costumer for 11 of his films, including Kindergarten Cop (1990), True Lies (1994), Eraser (1996), Jingle All the Way (1996), and the Terminator films.

After graduating from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in Domestic Economics in 1976, he enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Design in Los Angeles and won the Bob Mackie Design Award.

Hall began his Hollywood career in 1980 working for designer Jean-Pierre Dorleac on the Academy Award-nominated film Somewhere In Time (with Christopher Reeve, Jane Seymour, and Christopher Plummer). Other films on his resume include Mark Rydell’s The River (1984), John Hughes’ Weird Science (1985), Richard Pryor’s Jo Jo Dancer, Your Life Is Calling (1986), Dennis Hopper’s Colors (1988), Barry Levinson’s Avalon (1990), Nicholas Meyer’s Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (1991), Tony Scott’s True Romance (1993), Walter Hill’s Geronimo: An American Legend (1993), and David Zucker’s BASEketball (1998).

Hall’s work in television includes the 1982 miniseries World War III (with David Soul, Brian Keith, and Rock Hudson), and the TV movie White Water Rebels (with James Brolin).

Hall died February 12, 2021, in Hollywood, California. He was 67.
