Greg Plitt, star of Bravo's Work Out, was a lifelong fitness buff.

Born in Baltimore in 1977, Plitt was a graduate of West Point and a Ranger in the army. Before he moved into television, he was a personal trainer for many Los Angeles clients.

Plitt appeared in a number of reality shows, including Mystery Millionaire, Designed to Sell, as well as his starring role on Work Out.

As an actor, he appeared on Days of Our Lives. His film appearances included Terminator Salvation.

Plitt died after he was struck by a train in Burbank, California, on January 17, 2015. He was 37.
