Havva Eisenbaum is an award-winning Television Producer and Media Executive who specializes in Non-Fiction, Reality TV and Documentary Development. She most recently served as Vice President of Development & Programming for OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network (where she still operates as a full-time programming consultant) and was responsible for developing OWN's slate of non-fiction programming for linear and for the MAX and Discovery+ streamers under OWN's banner.
Prior to OWN, Eisenbaum was Head of Unscripted Television at Monami Productions, VP of Development & Programming at Off the Fence and spent eight years in development/production at PB&J Television.
Eisenbaum earned her B.S. degree in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin and her M.A. from the Annenberg School of Communication at the University of Pennsylvania.
She currently lives in Los Angeles with her "recovering New Yorker" DP/Camera Op partner and their dog, Mushu.
