Howard has worked on a wide variety of projects, including single-cam & multi-cam pilots/series, TV movies, animation, vertical/micro-dramas, and indie films.

Howard's passion is in identifying new undiscovered talent, and he has become the go-to casting director for projects in Kids, YA, and Family programming, including 100 episodes of the landmark series Hannah Montana, the pilot and season one of Raven's Home, and Bunk'd, the longest running series in Disney Channel history.
He has been nominated for 3 Emmys for Outstanding Casting and has also been nominated for 26 Artios Awards for excellence in casting, winning the honor three times. He has served as the Vice President of the Casting Society of America and is currently a Governor of the Television Academy.
