Known for her creativity, leadership, compelling storytelling, high production value, and business-centric mindset, Jones' multi-faceted media experience spans a multitude of formats (talk shows, reality TV, game shows, news, and magazine-style) and expertise (Creator, Showrunner, Executive Producer, Writer, Casting, Social, Digital Strategist), making her a sought-after industry pioneer and leader. Ianthe is a member of the Writers Guild of America, the Producers Guild of America, the Television Academy Honors Selection Committee, and serves as the Daytime Peer Group Governor for the Television Academy.

Balancing her business acumen with a passion for giving back, Jones supports victims of domestic violence through The Good Shepherd Center for Women and Children and advocates for minority children with disabilities via the Special Needs Network. Jones holds a BA in Public Relations and Communications from Barry University.
