Isiah Whitlock Jr. was an actor who appeared in television series and films. He was best known as the corrupt state senator Clay Davis on The Wire. Whitlock also appeared in other television series such as Veep, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Rubicon. Whitlock acted in several films directed by Spike Lee such as "25th Hour," "BlacKkKlansman," and "Da 5 Bloods." In addition, he also appeared in other acclaimed films like "GoodFellas" and "Pieces of April."
