Prior to joining Netflix in late August of 2024, Jackie played a vital role for more than 26 years as counsel to business, finance and technology leaders for one of Hollywood's most iconic and oldest running studios. In her most recent role as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Studios & Networks at Warner Bros. Discovery, Jackie provided strategic legal counsel to, and worked in partnership with, the Company's senior leadership for its film, television, games, and consumer products & experiences businesses.

After the acquisition of Warner Media by Discovery was announced in early 2021, Jackie supported the transition of her then current business units, the legacy HBO Max, Affiliate Sales & Content Licensing, Technology & Operations, and Ad Sales business, from WarnerMedia to Warner Bros. Discovery. After completion of the merger in April 2022, she was named EVP and General Counsel of Studios & Networks, which included oversight of the legal functions for Warner Bros. Pictures; DC Studios; Warner Bros. Television; the HBO, Max and Magnolia production units; the Turner and Discovery networks and production units; the WB Games business; and Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Global Brands & Experiences, including DC Comics. Jackie also led the Legal teams for Worldwide Theatrical Distribution & Marketing, Labor Relations, Content Acquisitions and Global Rights Management, WBD Music, Studio Facilities & Operations, and Participations.

Prior to that role at Warner Bros. Discovery, she served as EVP and General Counsel of WarnerMedia Entertainment, where she and her teams were instrumental in supporting the launch of HBO Max in 61 countries during a global pandemic. Named to this role in 2019, she was responsible for all of WarnerMedia Entertainment's legal affairs, including the content production and linear programming businesses of HBO, TNT, TBS, and truTV, as well as the development and launch of the HBO Max service.

Joining Warner Home Video in 1998, Jackie provided legal support for the then nascent DVD business, including content library acquisitions and direct-to-video productions. She went on to become the primary legal steward of Warner Bros.' transactional and subscription digital businesses -- leading the studio's first digital content clearance efforts, the crafting of business and legal terms for digital licensing, and content protection initiatives for the online distribution of Warner Bros. titles. Named Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment in 2015, she also served as lead counsel for Warner Bros. on many of the industry's significant digital and direct-to-consumer initiatives.

Jackie obtained her Juris Doctorate at Harvard Law School, and is admitted to the California, Massachusetts and New York State Bars. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard/Radcliffe College, graduating magna cum laude with a concentration in French and American History and Literature. She and her husband, Jeff, have a daughter who is in 8th grade. Negotiations for the acquisition of a dog are ongoing.

Jackie enjoys mentoring teens and young professionals, traveling with her family, and is an avid patron of the performing arts. Her favorite sports teams are anyone playing against the Red Sox or the Patriots.
