Jóhann Jóhannsson

Jóhann Jóhannsson was an Icelandic composer.
His work is stylized by its blending of traditional orchestration with contemporary electronic elements.
Jóhannsson was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Score for both The Theory of Everything and Sicario, and won a Golden Globe for Best Original Score for The Theory of Everything.
Jóhannsson died February 9, 2018, in Berlin, Germany. He was 48.
