Jerry Zeitman was an American talent agent and producer.
Under the tutelage of Lew Wasserman, Zeitman became an agent for the William Morris Agency. Throughout he career, he represented Fred Astaire, Frank Sinatra, George Burns, Shirley MacLaine, Gene Kelly, Tony Curtis, Gracie Allen, Carol Channing, Rod Serling, Jerry Lewis, Ron Howard, and Kristy McNichol.
He was also the head of Jerome M. Zeitman Productions, producing feature films such as Damnation Alley (1977) starring Jan-Michael Vincent, Just You and Me, Kid (1979) with George Burns and Brooke Shields, and How to Beat the Cost of Living (1980) starring Susan Saint James and Jessica Lange.
In television, Zeitman produced the series The Starlost and a number of TV movies including Devil Dog: The Hound of Hell (1978), My Old Man (1979), and The Day the Loving Stopped (1981).
Zeitman died September 17, 2020, in Los Angeles, California. He was 90.
