John Barbour was an Emmy Award-nominated actor and writer who worked on television series and films. He was best known as the creator and host of the reality TV series Real People. Barbour was also the host of The Gong Show in its pilot episode and appeared on Get Smart, Sanford and Son, as well as Breaking Bad.
Barbour also directed two documentary films about the assassination of President Kennedy called "The JFK Assassination: The Jim Garrison Tapes" and "American Media & The Second Assassination of John F. Kennedy."
