Kenneth Welsh was a Canadian film and television actor.
Perhaps Welsh's best known role was as Windom Earle in Twin Peaks.
Other television work included appearances on The X-Files, Law & Order, The Practice, Lodge 49, Star Trek: Discovery, and The CW's rebooted Charmed.
Welsh also made an appearance on an episode of Amazon's 2022 revival of Canadian sketch series The Kids in the Hall.
Welsh died May 5, 2022, in Canada. He was 80.
