Kent Gibson was an Emmy-winning sound designer and producer. He worked in the sound department on episodes of Trying Times, The History of Rock 'n' Roll, History's Mysteries, and Cosmos, for which he received an Emmy. He also served as a re-recording mixer and sound designer on films such as "Naked in Ashes," "Sacrifice" and "Purple Heart."

Gibson's producing credits include television movies "Ridin' the Rails: The Great American Train Story," "The Lost Dinosaurs of Egypt" and "Cosmic Journey: The Voyager Interstellar Mission and Message."
