Linda Porter was an American character actress in film and television.

She is best remembered for her work on the NBC series Superstore, where she had a recurring role as Myrtle.

Porter appeared in a plethora of television series including the reboot of Twin Peaks, The Mindy Project, American Horror Story, Scrubs, The X-Files, ER, Mad About You, Frasier, Murder, She Wrote, and Beauty and the Beast.

She also contributed to the silver screen, acting in films such as Dude, Where's My Car? (2000), The Truth About Cats & Dogs (1996), and Twins (1988).

Porter died September 25th, 2019. She was 86.
