Martin Ransohoff was an American film and television producer.

Ransohoff founded Filmways Television in 1952 with the intent of making industrial films and TV commercials.

Eventually, Filmways became known as the home of such 1960s TV shows as Mister Ed, The Beverly Hillbillies, Green Acres, Petticoat Junction and The Addams Family and, through the 1966 acquisition of Heatter-Quigley Productions, the game show The Hollywood Squares.

Ransohoff later turned his attention to movies. His first three films as producer, Boys’ Night Out, The Wheeler Dealers, and The Americanization of Emily all starred James Garner. He would go on to produce Ice Station Zebra, Catch-22, Silver Streak, Jagged Edge, Guilty as Sin, and Turbulence, among many others.

Ransohoff died December 13, 2017, in Los Angeles, California. He was 90.
