Michael Nance was a reality show contestant on the eighth season of the ABC series The Bachelorette in 2012.
He appeared on four episodes before being eliminated by that season’s bachelorette, Emily Maynard.
Nance was a rehab counselor who also worked and performed as a musician. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009 with a degree in biomedical science.
He died on May 29, 2017 in Austin, Texas. He was 31.
