Milton Quon was a Chinese-American visual effects artist and actor.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, he won a scholarship to Chouinard Art Institute (now California Institute of the Arts) in 1936 and, upon graduating, began working for the Walt Disney Animation Studios in 1939.

Quon worked on the classic Disney animated features Fantasia (1940) and Dumbo (1941) as a visual effects artist.

During World War II, Quon led a team of 17 artists for Douglas Aircraft Company, illustrating repair manuals for its bombers and transports. After the war, he returned to Disney and ran its publicity and promotions department, and contributed to Make Mine Music (1946) and Song of the South (1946).

After his retirement, he appeared as an actor in films such as Chill Factor (1989) and Speed (1994) and the television series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

Quon died June 18th, 2019, in Los Angeles, California. He was 105.
