Owain Rhys Davies was an actor who appeared on television series and films. He was perhaps best known as Agent Wilson on the 2017 revival of Twin Peaks. Rhys Davies also appeared on The OA and My Dead Ex.
He also acted in the films "The Relationship" and "Viking Siege."
