Philip Rogers was a producer and developer of Lifetime television films. He produced series like Love on a Rooftop and The Ugliest Girl in Town and films including "Shoot to Kill," "The Haunting of Lisa," "The Hired Heart" and "Blind Terror." Rogers went on to be named vice president at Universal Television, and later served as a principal in Barry & Enright Productions.
