Richard 'Dick' Block was a broadcast media executive who severed as the former president of Kaiser Broadcasting. He later became executive vice president of the TV station division of Metromedia, which is now known as FOX Television Stations. He started his company, Block Communications Group and also served as a professor at USC. Block worked in cable television as well, including supporting the launch of The Travel Channel and Game Show Network.
