Sheri Herman was a marketing and programming executive who worked in television. She played an essential role in the launching of E! Entertainment Television. She was responsible for its brand development, marketing, publicity, promotion and sponsorship. Herman also saw E!'s subscriber base grow from 2 million to 55 million during her time at the channel.

In addition to her work at E!, Herman also served as the president of American Cybercast. It was there that Herman became the driving force behind the first Internet soap opera, The Spot. She was also senior vp programming & production at Access Entertainment Network.
