Stephen Hibbert was an actor and writer who worked on television series and films. He can be seen on Just Shoot Me!, True Jackson, VP and On the Television. Hibber also wrote for numerous television shows such as Late Show with David Letterman, Mad TV, and Boy Meets World.

In film, Hibbert was best known for playing The Gimp in "Pulp Fiction." He also appeared on "National Treasure: Book of Secrets" and "Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me." Hibbert also co-wrote "It's Pat: The Movie," which starred his then wife Julia Sweeney as her popular character Pat from Saturday Night Live.
