Steve Bing was an American producer and writer for film and television.

He is best known for producing the films Get Carter (2000), and for writing Kangaroo Jack (2003).

In 2000, Bing founded Shangri-La Entertainment, which produced films such as Without Charlie (2001), The Polar Express (2004) The Big Bounce (2004), Beowulf (2007), Hotel Noir (2012), Rock the Kasbah (2015), Rules Don't Apply (2016), and Kingsman: The Golden Circle (2017).

He also produced several projects for television including Great Performances: Jerry Lee Lewis, and P.O.V., and penned an episode of the series Married… with Children.

Bing died June 22, 2020, in Los Angeles, California. He was 55.
