“Tiger” Joe Robinson was a British stuntman and performer best known for his fight scene with Sean Connery in Diamonds Are Forever.

Robinson also appeared in the films A Kid for Two Farthings, The Flesh Is Weak, Sea Fury, The Bulldog Breed, Barabbas and The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner.

Additionally, Robinson appeared on the television series Before Your Very Eyes, Hancock’s Half Hour, Emergency-Ward 10, Meet the Champ, The Avengers, Pardon the Expression, The Saint and Theatre 625.

He and his brother Doug also gave judo and karate lessons to actress Honor Blackman, who went on to appear in action roles on The Avengers and as Pussy Galore in Goldfinger. The brothers were credited as co-authors of 1965's Honor Blackman's Book of Self-Defence.

Robinson died July 3, 2017, in Brighton, East Sussex, England. He was 90.
