Tommy Lister was an American film and television actor.

Lister was perhaps best known for his breakout role as the neighborhood bully, Deebo, in the films Friday (1995) and Next Friday (2000).

Lister's film career kicked off in the 1980s with appearances in films such as Runaway Train (1985), Blue City (1986), Armed and Dangerous (1986), and Beverly Hills Cop II (1987) and would go on to land roles in Universal Soldier (1992), Jackie Brown (1997), Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002), and The Dark Knight (2008).

He had recurring roles in the television series 1st & Ten, The Rev, Mann and Wife, and On the Court and appeared as Zeus in WWF Challenge, Saturday Night's Main Event, and WWF Superstars.

Lister also guest starred in a number of programs including Perfect Strangers, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Walker, Texas Ranger, ER, Step by Step, Martin, The Jaime Foxx Show, Star Trek: Enterprise, and Key and Peele, and lent his voice to Fish Hooks and Zootopia (2016).

Lister died December 10, 2020, in Marina Del Rey, California. He was 62.
