William Jersey was a Primetime Emmy Award-nominated director and producer of documentaries. His work can be seen on "The Rise and Fall of Jim Crow" (for which he received two News & Documentary Emmy nominations), "Evolution," and The DuPont Show of the Week.
In addition to his work on television, Jersey also made several films. He received two Academy Award nominations for "Super Chief: The Life and Legacy of Earl Warren" and "A Time for Burning."
