Daisies, Mad Men Directors Among DGA Winners

Los Angeles, CA Mad Men, the first original offering from AMC, garnered top drama series honors and ABC's Pushing Daisies triumphed in the comedy series area at this years 60th Directors Guild of America Awards.

Held Saturday at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles, the DGA Awards honors not just television and film directors, but their directorial teams.

Alan Taylor and team took home the outstanding achievement award for the Mad Men pilot. Daisies director Barry Sonnenfeld's team won for the "Pie-Lette" episode.
