Robert Duvall was an Emmy Award-winning actor who appeared in television series and films. He can be seen on The F.B.I., CBS Playhouse, and Combat! Duvall can also be seen on "Broken Trail" as Prentice Ritter and on "Lonesome Dove" as Augustus "Gus" McCrae, which was his favorite part that he played.

Duvall also had a long and immensely successful career in film. He made his debut as Boo Radley in "To Kill A Mockingbird" and went on to have substantial supporting roles in "The Godfather," "Apocalypse Now," and "Network." He won an Academy Award for playing the lead role in "Tender Mercies," for which he also wrote the songs that his character sings.
