Second-Round FYC Media Guidelines

While the Academy is planning a robust media outreach plan, it is your responsibility to invite and secure press coverage for your second-round FYC event. Media passes for each respective panel must come from your FYC Partner total allotment of 25 complimentary tickets.

You will be required to submit the Televerse Media Confirmation Form linked HERE. Download and enter every confirmed media outlet attending your FYC panel.  The completed form should be sent to press@televerse.com no later than Friday, August 8. Only one form is required per network, studio, or streamer.  Please consolidate your list of media across all of your events. Once this list is received, we will provide Media Center badges for your invited media, which may be picked up on the morning of August 14 at our Televerse Media Center check-in desk.

Televerse will have a Media Center at the JW Marriott Conference Center. It includes a red carpet for photo/social media/interview ops, one-on-one interview positions and a Media Lounge/workspace.  All confirmed media outlets will have access to the Media Center via the aforementioned badge.

Be advised that panelists will be escorted to the Media Center upon arrival for individual and group photos/brief interviews before proceeding to the green room/holding space and then to the assigned panel stage. If a one-on-one interview is requested for your talent, we suggest that it happen after the red carpet and before the talent goes to the green room.
